1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Onnyt Global Workforce (“ONNYT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at https://www.onnyt.com/ (the “Site”), our service portals, and our staffing and operational support services (collectively, the “Services”). ONNYT is a staffing partner that works with community management companies to provide services to planned communities, including homeowner associations (“HOAs”) and condominium associations (collectively, “Associations”), such as white-labeled after-hours customer service call centers and documentation of homeowner and community urgent requests.
By accessing or using the Site or Services, or by providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you are providing personal information on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and that such individual has been informed of this Policy.
2. Scope and Applicability.
This Policy applies to personal information collected by ONNYT through:
- The Site and any related service portals;
- After-hours call center operations conducted on behalf of community management company clients;
- Documentation of homeowner and community urgent requests;
- Direct communications with ONNYT; and
- Other interactions with the Services.
Depending on the service configuration and contractual arrangements, ONNYT may act as a “business” or “data controller” with respect to personal information collected through the Site and our own operations, or as a “service provider” or “data processor” when processing personal information on behalf of community management company clients (“Clients”). This Policy primarily addresses ONNYT’s practices when acting as a business or data controller. Where ONNYT processes personal information on behalf of a Client, the Client’s own privacy policy governs the Client’s use of such information, and individuals should direct inquiries regarding the Client’s practices to the applicable Client.
3. Information We Collect. We may collect the following categories of personal information:
3.1 Information Provided Directly
- Homeowner and resident contact information (name, address, phone number, email address);
- Community and property information (association name, unit/lot number, community details);
- Call records, call notes, transcripts, and recordings (where applicable and as disclosed at the time of recording);
- Urgent request details and descriptions of reported issues;
- Portal account credentials and profile information;
- Client and user business contact information (company name, title, business email, business phone);
- Communications with ONNYT, including inquiries, feedback, and correspondence; and
- Vendor and subprocessor information provided in the course of business relationships.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers);
- Log data (access times, pages viewed, referring URLs, clickstream data);
- Cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7 below); and
- Analytics data regarding use of the Site and portals.
3.3 Information from Other Sources
- Information provided by Clients and community management companies in connection with the Services;
- Publicly available information; and
- Information from third-party service providers and business partners.
4. How We Use Information. ONNYT uses personal information for the following purposes:
- Providing, operating, and improving the Services, including after-hours call center operations and urgent request documentation;
- Communicating with users, Clients, homeowners, and residents regarding reported issues, service inquiries, and operational matters;
- Fulfilling our contractual obligations to Clients;
- Maintaining and securing accounts and portal access;
- Analyzing usage patterns and improving the Site and Services;
- Generating aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data for analytics, benchmarking, service improvement, operational reporting, and business purposes (see Section 5);
- Supporting automation and technology-assisted workflows that enhance service quality;
- Complying with legal obligations, responding to lawful requests, and protecting our rights;
- Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, security incidents, or technical issues; and
- Any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.
5. Aggregated and De-Identified Data.
ONNYT may aggregate, de-identify, or anonymize personal information so that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify a specific individual. ONNYT reserves the right to use and disclose such aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to analytics, benchmarking, operational reporting, service improvement, development of new products or features, industry research, and support of technology-assisted or automated workflows, without restriction or obligation to any individual. Such data is not considered personal information under this Policy or applicable law.
6. How We Share Information.
ONNYT may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
6.1 Community Management Company Clients.
We share information collected in the course of providing Services (such as call records, urgent request documentation, and homeowner communications) with the applicable Client on whose behalf such information was collected. Clients are responsible for their own use and protection of such information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
6.2 Service Providers and Subprocessors.
We may engage third-party service providers and subprocessors to assist in delivering the Services, including hosting, telecommunications, analytics, and technology providers. Such parties are contractually required to use personal information only for purposes of providing services to ONNYT and in accordance with applicable law.
6.3 Legal and Compliance Disclosures.
We may disclose personal information where required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ONNYT, our Clients, or others.
6.4 Business Transfers.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to applicable law.
6.5 With Consent or Direction. We may share information with other parties when you consent or direct us to do so.
7. Cookies and Analytics Technologies
The Site may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Site, facilitate Site functionality, analyze trends, and administer the Site. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, applicable legal requirements, and contractual obligations to Clients. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
9. Security Measures.
ONNYT implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and ONNYT cannot guarantee absolute security. ONNYT shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, except to the extent directly caused by ONNYT’s failure to maintain the reasonable safeguards described herein.
10. Your Rights and Choices.
Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to access personal information we hold about you;
- The right to request correction or update of inaccurate personal information;
- The right to request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions;

11. State-Specific and Jurisdictional Privacy Notices.
To the extent applicable, ONNYT complies with U.S. state consumer privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, and other similar state laws, as well as applicable breach notification requirements. Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights as described in Section 10. ONNYT does not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined under applicable state privacy laws. To the extent any processing constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, individuals may opt out by contacting us at the information below.
To the extent ONNYT processes personal information of individuals located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, ONNYT will process such information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, as applicable. Legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required.
12. International Data Transfers.
Personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where ONNYT or its service providers operate. Where such transfers occur, ONNYT will implement appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
13. Children’s Information.
The Site and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and ONNYT does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

15. Third-Party Practices.
This Policy applies only to ONNYT’s collection and processing of personal information. ONNYT is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or security of any third party, including Clients, Associations, third-party websites, or service providers. Any personal information shared with or collected by third parties is subject to those parties’ own privacy policies and practices. ONNYT disclaims all liability for the acts or omissions of third parties with respect to personal information, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONNYT’S LIABILITY FOR ANY DATA INCIDENT, BREACH, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR OTHER PRIVACY-RELATED CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED AS SET FORTH IN ANY APPLICABLE SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ONNYT AND THE RELEVANT CLIENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ONNYT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY DATA INCIDENT OR PRIVACY CLAIM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. ONNYT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DATA INCIDENT OR LOSS ARISING FROM (A) THE ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF CLIENTS, ASSOCIATIONS, HOMEOWNERS, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES; (B) INFORMATION PROVIDED TO ONNYT THAT IS INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR UNAUTHORIZED; OR (C) CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ONNYT’S REASONABLE CONTROL.
17. Emergency and Urgent Request Services.
ONNYT documents homeowner and community urgent requests as part of its service offerings. However, ONNYT is not an emergency response provider, emergency dispatch service, or first responder unless separately contracted and explicitly designated as such. Documentation of urgent requests is provided for Client operational support purposes. ONNYT does not guarantee response times, outcomes, or resolution of any reported issue, and shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on ONNYT’s documentation or call center services as an emergency response mechanism.
18. Changes to This Policy.
ONNYT reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time by posting the revised Policy on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
